Topic: newby: Fireface 400 update

Greetings!

I have tried to update my version of the RME FF400 to the 1.6.3 but cannot get it to run.
Yes, I am probably doing something wrong, so..
I have tried to run the FF flash update tool, but no luck.  Should I place this in a folder or ??
I have also tried to find an exe. file associated with this, but no luck.

Lastly,  I also tried the W2fire_275 but again, have no idea where to place these.

Please help.  neutral

Since you mention w2fire_275 and exe files I guess you are running a Windows computer. Try this link below for detailed update instructions. Let us know if you have any more questions.
