Topic: Problem loading Fireface 400 drivers on Windows 7

Hi there,

Apologies if this seems like a silly problem but I 've just bought a new Sony VAIO laptop with a 4 pin firewire port.  Each time I load my Fireface 400 driver disc I open the 'Fireface W2k' folder but my operating system does not recognise any install icons in the folder.  I have been able to install DIGICheck but not the drivers for my Fireface.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please do not use the disk but download the latest driver from our website, then follow the instructons in the manual or here:
