Topic: totalmix routing with cubase 5

hi guys


anyone can tell me how i can simply organize the routing process with total mix? i have rme hdsp 9632

i only use a midi keyboard, only cubase 5 and only virtual insturments. so i would like to route midi signal from rme to cubase, then cubase to the audio output of hdsp.

MIDI is unrelated to TotalMix in the example, and what you want to do "just works" - no routing should be necessary anyway. Just select the ASIO Hammerfall DSP device and then choose the correct MIDI input on your track in Cubase.

asio hammerfall dsp device has to be selected in cubase, right?

and another question please.....


i wanted to buy an oxygen keyboard 61 keys that has usb midi output.

i can use it without any problems with my hdsp 9632? the midi routing through usb output is seen by cubase?
