Topic: HDSP 9632 and AEB
I have an old Digi9632 with an analogue expansion board AEB1. I want to replace the soundcard to a new PCI-express version.
My question is: if I buy a RME 9632 HDSP card, will I be able to use my old AEB1 with it?
Thanks.

The old AEBs will work with all cards that have an internal ADAT port. See our website or catalog, most have, the HDSp PCI and HDSPe PCI (for Multiface/Digiface) has not. The HDSP 9632 has, but you will loose the external ADAT input when using it (as before with your 9636, but the 9632 has only one ADAT port. The AI4S-192 solves that problem).
