If I have an external preamp, then could I use the ADI-2 as a sort of interface/breakout box with a PCI/PCIe sound card? Like, I would plug the preamp (Focusrite ISA one) into the analogue input and then connect the ADI-2 to my sound card using either S/PDIF or ADAT, monitor through the headphones, and when I'm mixing and mastering, connect the analogue outputs to my monitors?
