Topic: HDSP 96/52 not being recognized by sonar

I recently upgraded to windows 7 X64  .I use Sonar 6.21 producer edition.I have updated the drivers for windows 7 for the HDSP and the flash update as well .windows see the Card and it tests with windows sounds .I cannot pull up the mixer (altought the icon is there)or the settings page.But Sonar does not see the card at all .I have deleted the AUD,INI file as suggested  by cakewalk but still nothing My card is the older version from nuendo with the expansion card (no MIDI) and a RME 4 audio out expansion card as well.any suggestions .I just want to record .it was all working great on xp 32.any help would be greatly appreciated .thanks from austin texas..

This is no HDSP card, it's the DIGI 96/52. These old cards are not supported in a 64-bit OS. If you change to Win 7 32-bit you can install the DIGI series driver and use the card as an ASIO device.

thanks ,I was afraid of that .guess its time to update my sound card .it has served me well for many years .
