Hello!

We've been using our multiface and quad face successfully on our Mac PPC for many years now and have just attempted upgrading to a new Intel Mac (2 x 2.26 Quad Core Intel Xenon with 12 GB RAM). We were advised by RME that our original PCI card would not work in the new Intel box), so we purchased a PCIe card.

I have updated the latest drivers from the RME website (hdspe x86 271.zip) and can confirm that the card is showing installed in the SYSTEM INFO panel.

Despite power cycling numerous times, and dropping the HDSPe Mixer and Settings into our dock with OPEN AT LOGIN, the red light on our Multiface still show HOST ERROR.

Any ideas how to fix this situation? We're dead in the water with sessions starting in less than 8 hours.
