Topic: Which mac for hdsp cardbus????

Hi, I have a multiface sistem (rev 1.8), and i wish keep the box and change mac (actually powermac G%).

I wish to buy an imac, so i wish pose some question:

1) hdsp card bus can work with Imac???

2) If no, which is the audio interface that works well with imac???? I read a lot of problem with fireface....

yuhuuu, i have understanded imac and hdsp cardbus is not compatible... So which is the best rme sistem for imac with the same futures of multiface??? (8 in out analog + 8 in out adat and phones and low latency)???

i guess you have only one choice left if you wanna stick with rme family which is fireface 800.

At the moment the Fireface UC (USB) or Fireface 400/Fireface800 (FireWire). The upcoming Babyface (USB) is also a good choice with included ADAT and two phones outputs, but has only 2 analog inputs and 4 analog outputs.
