Running Cubase 5.5 into FF800 from PC laptop [Vista]

Every time I switch off/on the computer, I have to reload the driver - as in

Control Panel - Program & Features - RME - uninstall
Reboot
Control, Panel -  Add Hardware - add RME driver [btw While the driver does load, I don't get the digital signing "Continue Anyway" window]
Reboot
Now the Fireface is available.

Using RC Driver 3.015 - but same thing happens on 2.992

Any thoughts?
