Topic: My computer dont see my HDSP9652 anymore

I had no problems with my card, but one day i started up my computer and i card dont work anymore
I take the card out and put him back in another slot and he works again...
day later i start up computer again and i have same problem again...
i thought maybe to much stuff on and in the computer... so take out all the stuff like hard disks, but does not matter
Clean instal of windows xp  dont work either
when i install card manual i get bsod, and have to uninstall hdsp in xp save mode
I have a dell 8400
hdsp 9652 revision 1.3
sn 22222483

Please help me!

Clean the golden PCI contacts of the card with a rubber pencil. No change - then try with/without the blue jumper (see manual).

I did it al, but everytime after a shutdown, my card is gone... i changed battery, but dont work... more suggestions?

I just remembered that this card does not have a blue jumper - instead your version (1.3) needs a hardware mod to work correctly in newer computers. Please contact your local distributor.
