Topic: fried FF800 due to short circut in FW-Wire

Hi there,

The studio's FF800 has been damaged due to a faulty Firewire pci-card in a PC. The FF800 is unable to connect to any computer now. I would send the unit in for repair. Now the question: How much might the repair cost?

Impossible to guess without examining the unit... You'll get a quote before the repair, though.
