Topic: Different outputs on Mac
Hello,
Is it possible to setup a Macbook so that default sound output is the built-in soundcard, but iTunes outputs to Fireface UC?
If not, is there a different player recommended for this purpose?
Thanks,
Ben

I'm not aware of any way to separate iTunes from general multimedia sound on the Intel Mac.

I tried to figure this out once, but never found a solution. I do know that just holding the option button when you click on the volume control at the top right is to change the main output is a simple enough process when you are in iTunes. I don't ever mind switching back and fourth when I have to.
