Topic: fireface800 update firmware to 2.77 then switched back to mac troubles

hello
got this problem
my mac was dead for a couple of weeks, i was forced to work on the pc...the pc forced me to do this stupid 2.77 firmware upgrade, now my mac is working again and i encounter this: when i try to open de fireface mixer on the mac it stays open for a few seconds and then shut's down in the dock, i reopen..agin bam..in the dock...i am desperate.
i allready tried to downgarde but i have this: FAILED WITH ERROR 20000000
can i downgrade somehow again to the mac 2.70 firmware, and get rid of the windows firmware?

Intel Mac? A better plan would be to upgrade your FF driver on the Mac. The current one here is compatible to this firmware.

To avoid potential trouble you can first remove your existing driver per instructions.

i have reinstalled everything...same situation..the mixer freezes a few seconds red light shows up on the fireface..and back to dock, if i repeat the operation same thing is happening

If the HOST LED turns on, the physical FW connection is interrupted. What type of Mac ist this exactly?

You could try to install previous firmware on the PC...
