Topic: Rackmount RM19??

Curious where I should go to purchase the ears for the FF400?  I live in Nashville, TN.  Can or should I buy direct from Synthax? 

I this thread (http://www.rme-audio.de/forum/viewtopic.php?id=4811) about how the ears are not made correctly... does anyone know if this has been fixed yet?

Please contact Synthax Inc. USA (www.synthax.com).

The issue has been fixed. The factory has replaced the faulty delivery and the ALVA distributors get the correct ones and will exchange all wrong rackmounts.

Im having a problem .. its being impossible to find a RM19 to buy here In Sao Paulo, Brasil. Some advise about where could i find?

If you cannot find a local dealer, many US resellers will ship internationally.
