Please forget the CD (might be too old) and try this driver: https://archiv.rme-audio.de/download/hdsp_wdm_3084.zip
Then follow these instructions: http://www.rme-audio.de/forum/viewtopic.php?id=732

If you don't see the signal on the HDSP mixer top row then you have a problem with your Yamaha mixer, cables, or connection. How do you connect to the HDSP 9632? The cable with 2 RCA only is digital SPDIF, not analog...

Re: WHY dosen't work HDSP 9632 on win Xp 64bit?

Your connections to the mixer are both inputs. Analog inputs on the card should connect to REC OUT, just to the right.

In the HDSP Settings, uncheck XLR, and change both the Input Level and Output Level to -10.

Also, your mic needs phantom power switched on, if you don't have a power supply connected already.

ok i've connect the rc from hdsp card inputs to the mixer in Rec Out and the output from card to mixer in 2tr in near the rec out, and switched the phantom power ON, now my microphone is workin fine i can hear my voice ine my monitors and i can see the vocie level in the hdsp mixer preset but it's still a problem!

when i start up the Cubase 5 , it comes like in the picture's below from the top!?

Wrong driver is selected in Cubase. Go to Devices menu, Device setup > VST Audio System, then choose ASIO Hammerfall DSP (instead of ASIO full duplex). This video may help if you don't understand: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVKbRA-Imcs

The HDSP driver is not working. Is the card seen in the device Manager? Is there a Settings dialog and a TotalMix in the systray? Any WDM devices seen under Sound?
