Maybe im worng but on the hot news pane there is :

07/05/2010 Windows 7 driver for Fireface 400/800 (3.016). 

And the date of this driver is : 06/30/2010 at list in the download pane - i understand the news and the driver didnt born the same day smile))

Correct and happens all the time. Even final drivers are often not released immediately to the public.
