Topic: HDSP 9632 with "old" EXB expansions?

Hi, I'm a new and happy owner of a HDSP9632 interface, works flawlessly in my Windows 7 machine. I recently was given an old Digi 9636 with an expansion card labeled RME Digi9652 Expansion Board. On the expansion is Wordclock in/out and adat in/out.

I just read this in an old Sound on Sound review of the HDSP9632:

"The HDSP 9632 supports all of RME's existing Expansion Boards (EXB) providing alternative or additional physical I/O interfaces. The standard audio boards accommodate sample rates to 48kHz and include the AEB4I, AEB8I, AEB4O and AEB8O (which provide four or eight analogue inputs or outputs, respectively), as well as the TEB board with its TDIF interface. "

Question - will this older expansion work on my newer HDSP9632? If not, is there any way of obtaining another ADAT interface on this card without buying another physical 9632 interface? I searched a bit for this but couldn't find any relevant information..

/P

The 9632 can not be expanded with ADAT ports.
