Topic: MIDI Channels

HI

I have an issue whereby that channels controlled via MIDI change with sample rate.

For example, I have the 8 channels AN 1 - 8 controlled via MIDI at 44.1kHz and 48kHz.

When switching to 96kHz that last 8 ADAT channels in the output pane of the mixer disappear, affecting the channels controlled by MIDI, which now becomes the 8 remaining ADAT Out channels.

I initially set the channels to be controlled by MIDI with the 'Windows Volume Relay' Tool.

Could someone please confirm whether this is a bug, and if not a workaround.

Re: MIDI Channels

The reduction of the number of ADAT channels is normal at 96k. But this should not affect the analog channels. Which driver is installed?

Re: MIDI Channels

HI

Yes I realise that the reduction in channels is normal.

I am using driver 3.016 on Win 7 32 bit.

If the channels controlled by MIDI at 48kHz are set to AN 1 - AN 8, when switching to 96kHz the MIDI controlled channels become A1 1 - A1 8.

Obviously this isn't ideal.

Is there some way to fix the MIDI controlled channels so they they can't change? I only wish to control AN1 - AN8

Re: MIDI Channels

Is this problem confirmed as a bug, and when would a fix be available?
