Topic: RME BabyFace .... what converters does it use ?

Hi all

Just got my  FFUC - very nice.

Am now looking for a smaller / more portable unit for dedictaed onsite laptop use  -  the BabyFace looks  *great*.

I know the  FFUC uses the AKM 4620 codec.

Can someone please advise / confirm  what  AD / DA  the BabyFace uses ?

Thanks,
ben

AD is AKM 5385 and DA is a TI PCM4104.

Many thanks Daniel - I was more curious than anything - I have already asked my local retailer to put in an order from the rme supplier to get one for me.

In the meantime, I'm using my FFUC with an older laptop  as my studio DAW is in process of being re-built.

I have a specific question about USB and large projects so will ask that in another more-specific-dedicated thread.

Again, many thanks - the BabyFace looks like amazing value - looking forward to getting it.
