Topic: My FF800 doesn't work...

Hello

I have problem with my FF800.

Yesterday , My FF800 didn't work suddenly.

I did just delete sshnas21.dll that is spyware, after then my FF800 didn't work.

When I turn on my FF800, It turn red signal and doesn't change other step.

I tested my FF8000 on Mac OSX snow leopard , OSX tiger , Win7 64bit.

It doesn't work.

Somebody help me..... ;;


And I bought my FF800 in USA , and I moved South Korea.

In South Korea , RME FF800 seller is gearlouge company, they said to me they can't support me because I didn't buy FF800 in Korea.

how can I fix my FF800????

When you've tested it on three systems, reinstalling the driver won't help I guess. Have you tried a different FW cable? Maybe the FF is damaged and the problem appeared just at the same time you killed that spyware without influencing one another?!?
