Well, that?s the question: wich is better for this laptop? I guess that RME will have tests and they know wich offers best perfomance on these laptops.

Should be essentially the same, except UC has slightly smaller safety buffers.

Yes, AC power is required.

And it?s not required AC power in FF400 with the new MB Pro?

I always intended to solder a FW-to-DC cable to get the power for the UC from the FW port, but I never got to it. :-?
