Topic: rme 96/32 pad

I am goin to buy this sound card from my friend,so can someone tell me is it good card for home production will it work well on windows 7, I couldnt find any details on.

Hello,

there is no such card, you've mixed up names of three different cards here (9636, HDSP 9632, and 96/8 PAD)... Assuming it's a PAD, the latest driver 2.11 (in the archives) will work with W7 32, but not 64...

It is RME 96/8 pad does it work on windows 7 32bit ?

P.S I saw some other posts about this card compatibility and stuff here said that it only works with ASIO what is that mean will it work normal in windows and my music programs?
