Hi guys -

I have been working for years using ADI8PRO + Digi9652 (48kHz) and was very satisfied with solid synchro and great sound quality.

Now I'm on iMac and want to use ADI8PRO as my AD/DA front end. Could you, please, suggest me a cost effective way to connect it to iMac through Firewire or USB (ADAT)?

I know there are a lot of interfaces out there from TC Electronic, Presonus, etc., but if you'd build your own home studio, what did you use? Is it ok to buy a cheapest interface just to make connection from ADI8 to iMAC?

* Maybe a trusted combination ADI8PRO + Digi9652 + WIN is more preferable than Firewire/USB + iMAC, considering drivers?
