Topic: Help please .... FF800 not shown in may Decive Manager !!!

Hi,
I have an issue with my Fireface800 , since yesterday it's not shown in Device manager in my Computer.

my OS= win7 64Bit Ult.
using FF800 Driver version 3.20.

Need help please.....

Did anything change on the system? Do you see anything listed with a yellow ? or ! in device manager? Did you shut down and reseat the FW cable?

No . there is nothing in Device Manager :-O .
Its seems there is an issue with the FW400 port (faulty)DeadHorse.
I have contacted my retailer for the replacement or repair under the Warranty coverage.

Its seems it will be long way fryingpan
