Topic: ff uc in old mac..

i did a quick search and i found nothing on this..
i own a fireface uc and i was wondering if it could work on a 2006 macbook that i have with 10.4.11.. just for playback.. i don't want to upgrade the macbook in leopard since it needs extra ram for this job.. it's only 1GB and i would prefer to spend the money for the rackmount kit for the uc!!! But it would be nice if i could use the unit with this mac as well... btw i found this in the compability tests for uc:

The UC needs at least OS X 10.5.
