Topic: Fireface 800 problem

I have a Fireface 800 that I haven't used for a while, since I purchased a RayDAT card. I thought I would use it with another notebook computer, but when I turn it on all the LEDs blink and I can hear the power supply relay clicking on and off. Does anyone have any suggestions? This unit (as well as all my Octamic-D units) has been sent in for repair before. So far, I have a 100% failure rate with every RME product I have purchased, except the recently purchased RayDAT. I like the products, but I'm beginning to wonder about the reliability.

I just had the same problem. Clearly it's a power supply failure. I don't not yet what I'm gonna do. But honnestly it is a very reliable unit, I have been using it non stop for 4 years now, and beside this ?lectronic failure it never failed me.
