Hi all, please excuse my obvious ignorance but is it possible to record a guitar directly into the ADI 2 without a preamp ect. Im am using a hammerfall 9652 as my sound card. Any help greatly appreciated,

Use any of your stomp-on effects as impedance buffer, then it will work.
Hi Matthias, many thanks for your reply, unfortunately no stomp boxes here. I do, however, have an Edirol FA-101 which has an input which you can set to high impedance for guitar , could i plug this into the adi 2?
