Topic: my ff400 win7 dell d630 solution

Update cd/dvd firware from dell site.
Goto device manager, IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers and disable DMA on CD-Rom channel.

I use windows 7 x64, external ieee1394 controller (NEC 1394 OHCI-compliant) with legacy driver, 1.70 ff400 firmware and 3.031 driver.
