Hello,

I used to have a 800. Nothing wrong with it. Actually, I loved it!
I made many great recordings with this machine

Now I have a 400. Can someone please tell me why the 400 is hissing so much!
The headphone output does this, but more importantly - the preamps are hissing too! So the recordings also have that hiss.

I thought the 400 was exactly like the 800, but smaller.
