i have just two short questions.
Do the breakout cable which is delivered with the Babyface also works with
the HSDPe AIO Card ? And is it the same cable like the BO9632XLRMKH ?

No, it does not have a Neutrik headphone connector.

i have just one more question. Is the Babyface cable connection at AIO balanced (symetric) too like the BO9632XLRMKH ?
I tested the phones out line with my amplifier and had the same disturbing noises like with unbalnced connetion.
I just need a short answer! Do i need a XLR to cinch connector to have a balanced (symetric) signal ?
The noises are so annoing!

You seem to miss that a phones out (TRS, stereo signal) is always unbalanced. As are RCA/Cinch and TS. Only XLR and TRS (mono signal) can be balanced.
