How can a recent Quadmic be mounted in a rack? The alva-stuff doesn't work...

Scroll down this page a bit and you'll see it.  It's a universal mount also good for Digiface, FF400, etc.

I just received a unirack II, which I planned to mount my fireface UC and quadmic onto it, but found that the screws are too long to hold the quadmic tightly on the plate. How to solve?
