Topic: Channel 1 is 6 db lower than the others

Hello

I noticed today that my input channel is 6db lower than the others
I've reset the total mix and I still have this 6db difference

Why that?

Sounds like a bad cable?  If one leg of a balanced connection is lost you will drop 6dB.

hey thank you, you were just right, it's a problem with the cable that leads to the patchbay tongue thank god!

that RME is really great! I mean the most reliable and best sounding for the money interface I've seen around, plus that totalmix is a pain in the ass to understand and use it (because it's hard to understand and difficult to control without a control surface), but it's amazing!!! You can do everything you want, you have a real console
