Topic: RayDAT clocking at 47999

We have a PC operating with Windows 7.  We have installed the current driver from the RME website (Version 3.085) and have used the flash update tool.  After restarting our entire system, we are sending 48k clock to the RayDAT (have tried from various clock sources), the input reads 48K but the system clock shows 47999.  This number is stationary.  Cannot get the RayDAT to clock at 48.  Help please?!

What software did you use to set the sample rate?

We are using Plogue Bidule build 0.9707 64-bit standalone.
In Plogue, the DSP settings are:
sample rate: 48k
buffer size: 256
FFT size: 512
FFT overlap: 2

Seems the card is defect. We have 3 raydats in 3 PC rigs. After swapping out to other rigs, this card reads 47999 when slaved, regardless of clock source, regardless of the PC.
The only difference is this card was originally used in a MacPro rig.
We have your firmware 11 installed on it.

Probably out of warranty, but is there a repair shop in US I can send it?
