Topic: 9632 on motherboard with H67/P67 chipset

Hello,

I have a 9632 and i'm thinking of upgrading my pc to an intel i5 on an h67 chipset motherboard.
Although such motherboards have pci slots the chipsets they are using don't support native
PCI (only PCIe) but instead have additional PCI to PCIe express chips.
Will my 9632 be compatible with such motherboards.

I have a P8P67 that is giving me trouble with more than 1 AES32 card installed.
