Topic: Anyone using Win XP Pro x64 Edition with their FF400?

The only reason I want to upgrade to 64 bit is to be able to add another 4 Gb of memory to handle any new VSTis that I may purchase in the future.

I was ready to upgrade to WIN 7 when I took a look at this forum and found all of the problems that FF400 users are having with that upgrade.

Is the upgrade to XP 64 bit a safer bet?

I'm currently running XP 32 bit without any problems.

I had it working with XP x64 perfectly OK, so you should be fine.
