Topic: multiface 1 issue

i installed a pcmcia card (reader?) into an old desktop so i can use my old multiface 1 i bought for an even older laptop.  1. is this going to be an issue and 2. i need the drivers.. i have downoaded the availible driver from the website and used the flash upsate tool and nothing is working.  please! any hlep would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Did you follow instructions for installation in the manual or here?

A PCMCIA card reader does not work. If at all a fully CardBus compatible adpater, but even then you will have to try yourself, we do not support these tools.

thank you so much guys.  i would buy a new fireface if i had the money but now that i am unemployed, i am trying to figure out anyway to get this thing working since my macbook died. 

when i install, everything goes well until a message comes up the file "hdsp.sys" on rme hdsp driver installation disk is needed.

once again, if you have any tip it would be greatly appreciated...

btw, it is a cardbus adapter...

i figured it out and got it to work!  thank you guys for your support!  it worked with pcmcia cardbus adapter...
