RME User Forum → FireWire & USB series → fireface 800 and dat ids with wavelab 7
HI , It is the fireface 800 compatible with this function? I activated the TMS function, I checked the ids presence with digicheck but , wavelab doesn't import di ids. I use mme driver, I record to 24 bit, I activated the function "get dat start ids", but this function doesn't function!!!
some advice?
Only with ASIO.

It seems that WDM should support TMS as MME did before. Note that you need a '24 bit alt.' or '32 bit' recording mode, 24 bit is not enough as the additional bits are 25 to 32.
Could you test this e.g. with (a demo version of) Samplitude?

I tried with samplitude and it functions, hence is wavelab the problem!!!! I used asio driver
