Where is RME's return dept if sending from the US? I'm wondering if it's only in Germany or they have a division in the states?

Tonight I was unhooking my Babyface to switch computers, and I accidently dropped it on my desk. The edge made a loud "clack" sound as it hit, but it was still tied to one of the cables. Now the volume is very low even when maxed out, and I'm furious at myself for being so careless. I'm actually surprised it's this fragile.

I'm now wondering how long it will take me to get it repaired / replaced?
