my fireface 400 has stopped working.  i cannot get an input signal and i can't get output from the mains nor the phones.

i was able to install the latest driver and flash the firmware successfully.  i can raise the slider in the asio panel for the input sensitivity, and i get the small flashing led on the front of the interface telling me the software is communicating with the device.

any ideas?
