i am asking this here because i cannot find an answer anywhere else. i have recently purchased a fireface 400. i love the sound and the portability. this is probably a configuration issue but i cannot get soundtrack pro 3.0 (apple program) to record a stereo signal that i am attempting to route from my sampler. i am using Kontakt 4.0 as a standalone and am directing it's output into channels 0&1 on the fireface. i can see the

i have setup audio/midi to use fireface as the default input and output. i can record stereo through the fireface inputs directly, but not when i route the signal internally from Kontakt.

i hope this is clear enough. does anyone have any suggestions?
