How should I proceed?

This CI should not be provided by the RME for the replacement parts had to be original? who does this fall and the PreSonus or RME?

Who is responsible for replacement parts for the technical assistance of RME?

Doubt is the most important because this is happening with me and so many people, leading to what this port will burn?

Can I get this IC on my own and it will send technical assistance to repair, if so where do I find?

sorry for the trouble, but even 100 awards can not prevent an occasional hardware failure... The cases you quote are not necessarily related. I also don't quite see why you (or Um Instrumentos) mentioned Presonus here...

There is no simple explanation for what happened in your case. To be sure, the unit would need to be examined at the factory. I am not sure just exchanging a chip will be sufficient.

Have the defective unit sent in to check the damage.

Until someone takes a look at the damage no one can say if only a chip is broken or maybe more.

I really do not understand what the PreSonus has to do with the components of the RME.

Who told you that the broken part (IC) had to be ordered from PreSonus?
