Hi,

Can you suggest the best way to play simultanly 16 analog channels?
What products do I need?

so you need 16 analog output signals? What kind of computer or other existing hardware have you got?

Hi Daniel,

Indeed, I need 16 analog output signals.
I'm able to use internal PCI or external USB/FireWire connection.
Also, I want the hardware to support the ASIO driver.

Some examples, price in ascending order:

FF800 + external AD/DA over adat (behringer ADA2000)
FF800 + FF800 over adat or FF800 + FF800 composite
UFX + external AD/DA
...

I prefer using only ond sound card.
Are there any sound cards with more than 2 ADAT outputs which support the ASIO driver?

Yes there are. Not soundcards but systems that consist of PCI/PCIe interface and converters. With such you can hook 8 ADAT ports over MADI per single unit. I/O over asio. But price of such system far exceeds examples in my previous post. For simple 16 analog outputs i would prefer one FF800 and ADA2000. Such system also gives you 12 channel mic input (4 hq microhone heads with FF800).
