Topic: Unbalanced Headphone out put on Fireface 400

I have a Fireface 400...All output signals show even levels during playback, with the exception of the headphones...I have the most up to date drivers 2.91...And I have checked all my settings...Everything is as it should be...I only have an issue on the headphones...If someone as experienced this issue and could help me resolve it, I would greatly appreciate it...BTW...I am using a Macbook Pro 2011 i7 Quad with 8gb of ram, and use Reason/Record, and Cubase as DAW's...Not sure it matters...Thank you in advance...Late!!!

What is the problem exactly?

Are you talking about an audible or visible discrepancy in level? If the latter, try loading a mixer factory preset.

Sorry for the delay in my response, and thank you both for replying...I hope that this will answer you both...I am getting an unbalanced audio signal, as well as an unbalanced visual cue in the Totalmix GUI...I have adjusted settings, in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue myself...I have had no luck...Thanks again for the support...Until the next time!!!

What are you feeding IN to the FF400?  Perhaps the input signal is unbalanced.

Could you please post a screenshot of Totalmix showing both the Input and Output signal?

I am unsure of how to attach the screen shot of my total mix...I only get the option to attach a image from a URL...But as far as cables are concerned, I only have a Mic connected externally...The other signals are coming from my Macbook through the Firewire cable...And again it is only on the headphone output...In short there is no unbalanced cable in the signal path to offset the headphone output...That signal is generated by the Fireface...Thanks again for all of the assistance...It is indeed appreciated!!!
