Topic: Fireface 400 External Power Supply Polarity?

I recently purchased a used FF400 without the external power supply.

Can anyone tell me what the polarity of the plug is? I've been using it bus-powered, but would like to get/build a suitable external supply.

I'm also missing the midi breakout cable and have had no response from Synthax on how to order a new one (or the official power supply).

Otherwise, I love the FF400.

No polarity. It works with almost any power supply from 9-24V

ac or dc. Check in the manual for how many amps it draws.

Cool. Thanks! I suspected that it could take either polarity, but coming from center-negative effect pedals, I wanted to be sure.

12V-2A supply should be plenty.
