I have a babyface, driver version 0.996, hardware revision 179 and Totalmix version 0.924.  I am also using Pro Tools 9.00 on a Windows 7 x32 machine.  When I use Xpand or Structure Free the TotalMix interface will reset itself after I play a few notes, for no good reason.  i have to reload my workspace and start over.  TotalMix never seems to go more than four or five notes before resetting itself.  Strangely, drum sounds do okay, but anything with a long decay - pads, and strings, causes it to reset.  Does anyone know a fix for this?  And, do I have to use TotalMix at all?  Can I go straight from the Babyface into Pro Tools.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
