Topic: Ufx Blank Screen

I bought a UFX about 3 weeks ago. Apart from a few teething troubles its been ok.
However i got back from a weeks tour today and turned it on, then fired up my Mac.
The screen seemed fine at first then started behaving like a scrambled TV signal.
Then it went blank. Still lit up, but blank.
I turned it on and off many times but now its just blank.
Have now had to cancel a recording session booked in for tomorrow. This thing is costing me far more than i expected.
What should i do?
Is it defunct??

You don't need the screen to use it except for stand-alone operation. I expect the unit to work fully ok else. Contact your local distributor for repair/replacement.

Thanks Matthias, but when i spend £1800 pounds on an interface i expect EVERYTHING to work on it. Certainly for longer
than 3 weeks. It is not very confidence inspiring.

I also had a blank (white) screen on my UFX after downgrading to a wrong firmware version. (probably older than my unit)
After upgrading back to firmware 112, (https://archiv.rme-audio.de/download/fut_usb_mac.zip) the display started working as is should.

So reinstalling the firmware might help?
