Wanted to say Hi I am new to the forum. I do have the ufx up and running using Reaper as my daw
I was able to record and do some mixing. I know I have a lot more to learn as I am reading the manual daily.
I was trying to finish up a project i used the ufx for and send it to my vs2480 to edit. Right now I'm more familiar with the editing and mastering capabilities of the vs2480 as oppsosed to reaper as I am just starting to learn it.
Anyway the issue i am having is communication with the 2480 via a dif24/adat/ R-BUSS conveter to
uFx/ reAPER
i was succesful at syncing the two units together viA MIDI. I was also able to send 8 tracks from the 2480 to reaper via the adat/rbuss converter
the problem is when i transfer the tracks from reaper to the 2480 I can only get a 2 channnel stereo mix of what is in reaper coming thru adat to the 2480
On the tm mix
I do have signal going to alll individual adat tracks 1-8
and hardware output is set to adat 1/2
What I am trying to do is send 8 individual tracks from reaper to the 2480 using their adat converter\
So im assumming there must me something im missing in the settings
In reaper they also have routing matrix which seems to beending the signals to the ufx But that may be an issue as well

oh i also did a wav export/import into the 2480 but it was way too slow and I need to understand all the files reaper creates when it records.
