In the list it talks about a different product than the one at the top of the hierachy.
I still don't know what you are referring to. Which "different product" and which web page exactly is this about? Please provide a link and be more specific...

The main page that lists the various types of RME interfaces, e.g. PCI & Cardbus, PCI Express, FireWire etc., when you go to PCI Express > HDSPe 9632, it says something about a completely different card altogether and not that which is forthcoming.

I'm glad you did that but it still doesn't say what kind of card it actually is, letalone provide a link to a newer version of the manual.

Fair call but the AES and MADI cards "both" say exactly what they are even though one of them is still upcoming.
