Dear moderator and guest.

Iam gonna use the ADI-2 through a M Audio Fast Track Ultra 8 R via the SPDIF, and therefore get 2 more channels.
My question is: Am I bypassing the M Audio converters and using the RME:s AD? Because thats what I wanna do.

Also, if I wanna do some analog stereo summing, I´ll go out from the DAW (Change the DAW stereo output to SPDIF),
then via the M Audio and use the RME:s conversation. The M Audio would therefore act as an "transport" unit, and soundcard.

Is my thinking correct? I have not tried it yet, but it seems that it would work.
