Topic: FF800 spdif with KRK ergo

Hi,

i want to link fireface 800 spdif output and krk ergo spdif input.

What should I set in "FIREFACE SETTINGS"?
Having control the active monitors, is essential to use "EMPHASIS"???

Emphasis is not required unless you have material with digital pre-emphasis (very rare today). And the KRK converters may not even support it...

No need for specific settings otherwise. Monitors will sync to incoming signal.

Hi -
I have the same setup and it works perfectly! did work with ff800, and still works with UFX into ERGO via SPDIF.
I love ERGO soundwise, although I already returned it three times within 2 years due to total failure... a thing that would never happen to RME...
